Choosing
and checking availability of accommodation:
Once you have chosen a couple of favourites, please complete and
submit the form on the 'Enquiries'
page or e-mail us with your request: Availability
We will confirm availability by E-mail within 48 hrs (but hopefully
a lot quicker!)Alternatively, please let us know what type of property
you are looking for and we will be happy to get back to you with
our suggestions.

Options
If the property is available and you wish to go ahead with your
booking, please request an option (provisional hold), by completing
the 'booking
request' form.
Once the owner has have confirmed the option, we will hold the property
for you for 48 hours-3 days to give you the chance to talk to the
rest of your party and to book flights, car hire & insurance
(please see external links: FLIGHT
LINK , CAR
HIRE and
INSURANCE LINK for further information).

Confirming
your chosen accommodation
A deposit of 33% of the total price (accommodation, end cleaning
and services) is required at the time of your booking together with
a completed Booking Form.'Booking

However, if you are booking within 8 weeks of departure, payment
must be received in full.

Accommodation
Price.
Prices are per property unit per night.
End cleaning and service charges (water,
gas, electricity) and optional extras are not included (please see
details in the right column). Prices are subject to change without
notice. Magic Villas Ltd reserve the right to alter prices
given due to errors or omissions.

The contract is between you and the property owner (Italian
contract partner).

Your booking is not confirmed and no contract exists between you
and the property owner until you have received a confirmation invoice
by e-Mail, showing your SARDAFIT Booking Reference.
N.B.: Please print off your email-confirmation and take it
with you on holiday together with your voucher, maps and directions.

Balance
Payment. The balance payment (67%) must be received by Magic
Villas Ltd 8 weeks before departure.
Please note that your final balance date will be indicated on
your confirmation invoice and that we will not issue a payment
reminder.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply full cancellation
charges if the final payment is not received 8 weeks prior to
departure.

End
cleaning, Services (Water, Electricity and Gas)
A charge of £1 per person per day, for end cleaning
and services (Water, Electricity and Gas) is payable at the time
of booking.
N.B. Minimum charge is £40, Maximum charge is £125
per unit
i.e.: a family of 5 pay £40 for a week, 4 people staying for
14 days pay £56, 2 people staying for 14 days pay the minimum
charge of £40, but 12 people sharing a house for 14 days will only
pay the maximum charge of £125 rather than £168
This charge is for all electricity, water and gas and includes end
cleaning. Additional mid week maid service can be arranged locally
at the CENTRO SERVIZI. ( /hour tbc).
Guests are required to leave the property in good order, with kitchen
surfaces and appliances cleaned and crockery and utensils washed
and stored in the appropriate place.
Floors should be swept and rubbish placed in the wheelie bins on
the side of the road.

Security
Deposit.
Unfortunately, breakages or damages do occur from time to time at
the properties and owners do therefore request a standard security
deposit of 200 Euros. Clients are required to deposit
200 Euros at the agency in Budoni against a receipt.
The security deposit is to be collected on the deparure day (or
the day before in case of an early morning departure).
Alternatively, clients can send a cheque for £150 to Magic
Villas Ltd together with their deposit payment or final balance.
The cheque for the security deposit will be kept in the UK office
and will be destroyed within 21 days following clients' return,
unless damages or outstanding payments have been reported by the
property owner.

Local assistance and key details:

Local
Assistance
The owners use a local
agency in Budoni, the "CENTRO SERVIZI", which is staffed
7 days a week (Sunday
for new arrivals only)
by friendly multi-lingual staff, who are there to help and advise
you and to generally ensure your holiday runs smoothly.
Guests will receive property vouchers with the agency's telephone
number and an emergency mobile number.
The agency is also usually the first port of call upon arrival,
unless guests arrive during the night and/or key collection has
been otherwise arranged.
(The office is easy to find and we will forward directions, maps
and telephone numbers).
When there is an unexpected change to the key instructions, the
agency staff will leave a note with these changes in a named envelope
taped to the office door.

Check
in/out
Accommodation rental is per night; your property will be available
for you at 16.30 on the day of your arrival and you will be asked
to vacate at 10.00 on the day of departure.
However, in some cases, a property may already be cleaned and prepared
and the agency may be able to arrange an earlier check in.
Please check with the agency staff upon arrival.
Late check out can sometimes be arranged locally if there
is no new arrival the same day and subject to cleaning rotas.
Please enquire at the agency in Budoni the day before departure.
However,
if you wish to secure a morning check in or evening check
out, you can do so by adding an extra 1/2 night at the time
of booking.

Keys
& Property directions
Magic Villas will forward the owners' directions from the airport
or port to the local agency and/or property where applicable.
Keys and additional property directions (where applicable), will
be collected from the local agency, the CENTRO SERVIZI in Budoni,
unless otherwise arranged.
Key
collection outside office hours will have to be pre-arranged.
In case of flight delays, key instructions will be left in an
addressed envelope on the office door.
N.B.
Key collection is subject to receipt of full payment.
- Optional
Extras: Towels & Bed Linen.
The provision of towels or bed linen is not included in the accommodation
price as most guests take their own.
However, you can hire "Linen Packs" (containing a Bath
& Face Towel and Bed Linen, i.e. sheets & pillow case),
from the CENTRO SERVIZI in Budoni at a local cost of €20 per person.
In this case, please pre-request your linen-packs through Magic
Villas and collect them on arrival.
N.B. The linen packs are washed and packed by a local laundrette
company and are not routinely checked by the CENTRO SERVIZI staff
before handing out. Sometimes, (especially towards the end of the
season), the linen can show signs of wear so should you be particularaly
unhappy with the quality of your linen pack, we would kindly ask
you to exchange it at the CENTRO.
All of our properties have their own or shared washing machines
(please check individual descriptions) and linen dries very quickly
under the Sardinian sun.
N.B. Please bring your own beach towels!!
Guests are usually asked to return
keys and linen to the CENTRO SERVIZI, depending on departure time;
please confirm details upon arrival.
